Since 1937, in a traditional mill, we have been cold extracting the best olive oil of the essentially Galega variety, of Alentejo origin, combining the wisdom of generations and a modern process, maintaining the traditional Portuguese flavor.
Where quality is tasted, we use the traditional decanting method, letting the oil rest before storage, thus ensuring all the flavor, texture and color so appreciated.
