Once the purchase has been made, the user will receive a confirmation email with a breakdown of all products purchased, prices, fees, shipping costs and the corresponding payment method.
This order confirmation does not serve as an invoice and is only proof of your purchase. The final invoice will later be sent to you together with the products purchased or by email.
Requests will be filed in the Azeite Fonte da Bical database for a period of time that in no case will exceed the limits established by current legislation.
2. PRODUCTS AND PRICES

4. SHIPPING FORMS
Products purchased at the Azeite Fonte da Bica online store will be sent to the shipping address indicated by the user, after confirmation of payment and within a maximum period of up to 30 days, established by law. In the event of delays in the delivery of the order under the responsibility of Azeite Fonte da Bica, the user may cancel his order according to the procedures described in the "Returns" chapter, without having to assume the shipping and return costs. Delays in delivery are not considered to be cases in which the order has been made available to the user within the agreed period, but has not been delivered for reasons attributable to the user.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
IF THE GOODS IS NOT IN PERFECT CONDITION, THE CUSTOMER MAY RETURN THE ITEMS

The merchandise to be returned must be in perfect condition, new and in the original packaging and with the respective guarantees and instructions, if any,
Items to be returned must be properly packed and protected before returning them. You must include in the package the Return Guide provided by Azeite Fonte da Bica, signed and dated and where you must indicate the order number and the reason for the return,
The return shipping costs are entirely borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or products sent by mistake from Azeite Fonte da Bica.
