Fonte da Bica is a family owned business that has been producing premium extra virgin olive oil since 1937, combining generations of tradition with a continuous commitment to quality and innovation. Located next to the iconic Salinas de Rio Maior, our family oversees every stage of the process from carefully selecting the olives to producing, bottling, and presenting our olive oil to customers around the world.

In recent years, we have expanded our facilities to create a space where visitors can experience the world of olive oil firsthand. Our olive mill, museum, shop, tasting room, and show kitchen allow us to share not only our products, but also our passion for Portuguese gastronomy and olive oil culture through guided tours, tastings, workshops, and culinary experiences.
